Due to the COVID-10 pandemic and as allowed by the Proclamation of Governor Kay Ivey issued August 13, 2021, we are using video technology for Planning Commission meetings, which will be live streamed here beginning at 2 PM on each meeting date.
In order for any concerns to be considered by the Planning Commission you must email your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org or they may be uploaded to the website via the portal under the meeting date and case. Comments must be entered by 2:00 PM on Wednesday before the meeting, in order to be considered by the Commission.
If you wish to participate in the meeting, you must email email@example.com by 2:00 PM on Wednesday before the meeting. In accordance with Planning Commission by-laws, no more than four (4) speakers are allowed to speak for or against an application. Speaking time is limited to five (5) minutes per speaker.
Meeting Reports, Agendas and Minutes
Click on the meeting date to submit comments on active cases, view staff reports or letters of decision. Comments may be submitted on upcoming agenda items up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. Comments sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting will be included within staff reports.
