CSS

During the COVID-19 national emergency, all planning and permitting services must be conducted using the City’s online services.

The Customer Self Service (CSS) will allow you to manage your plans, permits, inspections, and code enforcement cases online.

What can you do with CSS?

As an UNREGISTERED user you will have the ability to:

  • Search plans, permits, inspections, and code cases

As a REGISTERED user you will have the ability to:

  • Access a dashboard that tracks plans, permits, and inspections if you are a contact on record
  • View details on plans, permits, and inspections if you are a contact on that record
  • Search for plans, permits, inspections, and code cases
  • Pay invoices online if you are a billing contact on that record
  • Request an inspection on active permits if you are a contact on that record 
  • View user profile
